Live English came into being in 2012, on the belief that through digital learning, ambitious professionals have the power to transform their lives, their careers, their organizations—and ultimately, our world for the better.
It’s hardly a secret that globalization has profoundly shaped every aspect of our lives. Due, in part, to the convergence of this interconnected megatrend with the never-ending parade of accelerated technological change, we began asking foundational questions to redefine the educational paradigm: How can we help people demonstrate mastery and cultivate their ability to collaborate more fully and confidently on the world stage? How can we radically redesign how work gets done as we advance toward a dynamic digital future and rewrite the rules for how value is created and captured? Most importantly, how can we craft a future-oriented vision and build a future-ready organization that thrives in the digital normal by anticipating shifts and responding with agility and resilience to new challenges?
As we stripped these questions down to their first principles, the same patterns emerged. In a nutshell, today’s workplace was built for the 20th century, not the 21st. Fragile leadership behaviors and organizational rituals, forged in the analog era, struggle to keep pace with the complexity, speed, and fluidity of modern work. | About the role: | As an At-Home Instructor, you’ll partner one-on-one with ambitious business professionals, collaborating with individual learners and our organizational clients. Your role goes beyond teaching language fundamentals; you’ll help learners think, communicate, and perform more confidently in global business environments.
